Ice Palu Butung

Ice is usually presented in the stalls or restaurant that Coto Makassar main menu, because it's a two course meal from the same region.
Ingredients Es Palu Butung:
·         8 pieces of plantain / kepok old, steamed and peeled
·         ice cubes, shaved
·         red syrup
·         600 cc coconut milk from 1 coconut
·         50 ounces of rice flour
·         2 pieces of pandan leaves, cut in half and then made ​​a knot
·         75 grams sugar
·         ¼ teaspoon vanilla
·         ¼ teaspoon salt
How to make Es Palu Butung:
1.     Melt the rice flour with some milk until dissolved.
2.    The rest of the coconut milk boil with sugar, pandan leaf, vanilla and salt.
3.    Pour the liquid starch, stir until cooked and thickened, remove from heat.
4.    Bananas that have been steamed and peeled, cut into pieces and place in a bowl. Pour the rice flour porridge and give your shaved ice and red syrup.
For 4-5 cups.
