Martabak


martabak
Ingredients :
·         500 grams of beef
·         4 duck eggs seed
·         400 grams of wheat flour
·         Salt
·         Coriander. little cumin
·         Leek celery taste
Basic Dough Ingredients Skin Martabak:
·         cake flour 250 grams
·         approximately 100 grams of margarine, to spread
·         1 whole egg
·         Salt
·         125 ml water
How to Make a Basic Dough Leather Martabak:
·         Mix the flour and salt and stir well.
·         Add the eggs and stir well.
·         Pour a little water while diuleni until smooth.
·         Cut / weigh the dough according to taste, round.
·         Sprinkle the dough with margarine. Let stand for about 3 hours.
·         The dough is ready to be printed leather.
How to make Martabak:
1.     Meat boiled until tender. then chopped up finely. Finely ground seasonings and mix with meat earlier.

6.    Fry until golden. Remove and serve.
7.    (Ordinary enjoyed along with soup and pickles)
