Ketchup carp
(Gurame Kecap)

Ketchup Carp

Ingredients and Seasonings:
·         1 head of carp
·         5 cloves red bawng
·         2 cloves garlic
·         3 pieces of red chilli
·         2 green chilies
·         2 bay leaves
·         1 lemongrass leaves
·         1 orange leaves
·         Galangal
·         Ginger
·         ½ tomato slices
·         Flavor
·         Salt
·         sweet soy sauce (ketchup)
How to make:
1.      Carp thoroughly cleaned first, then fried. Once cooked remove and drain
2.     All the ingredients put together then sauteed
3.     After stir fragrant, put soy sauce (depending on taste)
4.     After stir boiling, put carp into stir
5.     Stir until evenly so bumu sauce soak into the fish
6.     Prepared dishes served and decorated to attract
