Ingredients:

4 pieces of chicken breast fillet, cut
crosswise 1 ½ cm

Puncture satay
seasoning:
·
1 tablespoon lemon juice
·
1
tablespoon margarine, for sauteing
·
1 tablespoon soy sauce
Spices
that
·
3 cloves
of garlic
·
5 pieces of red onion
·
1 tablespoon toasted coriander
How
to make:
1.
Marinate chicken with lemon juice, let stand for 10 minutes,
then drain and set aside
2.
Heat margarine, saute ground
spices until fragrant
3.
Enter the soy sauce, stir until boiling again. Remove, allow to
cool
4.
Marinate the chicken in the spice
that has been mashed and sauteed for 1 hour
to allow the flavors permeate
5. Prick each piece of chicken with a Puncture satay
6. Grilled over coals or charcoal while the remaining
