Catfish Halibut Basil ( Lele Pecak Kemangi)

ingredients:
·         3 tail catfish
·         1 piece of cucumber
·         1 tomato, a little red
·         4 long beans
·         3 sheets of leaf salad
·         basil leaves and cooking oil
seasoning:
·         1 vertebra turmeric finger
·         Salt to taste
·         Orange juice
seasoning sauce
·         1 teaspoon shrimp paste cooked
·         3 pieces of red chilli
·         3 pieces of cayenne pepper
·         Salt and sugar
How to make:
1.     Clean the catfish of the contents of his stomach, then wash thoroughly and the right and left sides of his body
2.    Marinate with salt and turmeric that has been refined. Give a little lime juice, and fry until cooked and drained
3.    Puree the sauce ingredients, then put the basil leaves to taste. Cut ingredients vegetables (cucumber, tomato, green beans, salad leaves)
