Calamari Stew ( Gulai Cumi)

ingredients:
·         500 grams of squid
·         15 quail eggs
·         1 small coconut, coconut milk made
·         ½ teaspoon ground turmeric
·         cloves ½ small onion, sliced
·         Water to taste
·         Salt to taste
·         Seasoning seasoning to taste
·         Cooking oil for sauteing
Spices that are:
·         4 pieces of red onion, cut into rough
·         12 pieces of red pepper, cut into rough
·         5 cloves garlic, rough cut
·         2 cm ginger
·         1 teaspoon coriander round
How to make:
1.     Boil the quail eggs, add a little vinegar and salt to be easily peeled. Then peel and set aside
2.    Clean the squid ink to clean, let the whole squid and washed. set aside
3.    Rinse and spices and all ingredients until smooth sigiling. Set aside
4.    Prepare pan rather wide. Saute onion until wilted and fragrant
5.    Enter the spice paste before, add the turmeric, ground and put a little water
6.    After boiling, the new enter-cuminya squid. Cook a little longer so that the marinade to seep into the squid
7.    Enter the coconut milk, not a lot, just enough
8.    Add the eggs and cook until cooked quail
