Catfish Halibut Basil ( Lele Pecak Kemangi)

ingredients:
·         3 tail catfish
·         1 piece of cucumber
·         1 tomato, a little red
·         4 long beans
·         3 sheets of leaf salad

How to make:

ingredients:

·         4 cloves garlic, finely sliced
·         1 vertebra finger ginger
·         1 vertebra turmeric
·         1 vertebra galangal
·         4 tablespoons coriander finely
·         5 tablespoons cumin oil
·         1 piece of cinnamon
·         1 teaspoon tamarind
·         salt and flavorings to taste
How to make:
