ingredients :

1 kg mutton
·
6 tablespoons
of cooking oil

Spices

5 cloves garlic
·
10 pieces of
red onion

6 pieces of red
chilli
·
4 items hazelnut

turmeric

½ teaspoon pepper

How to
make:
1. Clean the meat and cut into
pieces
2. Saute the spices that have
been mashed, then enter the
cardamom, cloves, cinnamon, ginger, lemongrass, bay leaf, and lime leaves
