ingredients:

½ kg beef thigh
·
2 ½ liters of coconut
milk from 2 coconuts
·
½ finger galangal, crushed
·
1 stalk lemongrass
·
1 sheet turmeric leaf
·
Asam Jawa
·
Cucumber
seasoning:
·
20 pieces of red onion
·
6 cloves garlic
·
1 cm turmeric
·
1 cm ginger
·
300 grams of red pepper
·
Salt to taste

How to make:
1.
Cut meat
rectangular with size 4x4 cm
