ingredients:
·         ½ kg prawns
·         5 rod petai
·         Water and cooking oil to taste
seasoning:
·         10 pieces of red onion
·         3 cloves of garlic
·         1 ounce of red pepper and cayenne pepper
·         red sugar, acid, and salt
How to make:
1.      Banana peeled but not cut, whereas hulled shrimp
2.     Onion, garlic, red pepper, cayenne pepper, brown sugar and salt finely ground, then pan-fried until it smells fragrant
3.     If it is yellow insert a banana, shrimp, sour, and give a little water to petainya tender. When the water was a bit dry and overcooked, remove immediately
4.     ready to be served
