Peanut Brittle ( Rempeyek Kacang)

ingredients:
·         100 grams of peanuts
·         150 grams of rice flour
·         150 cm coconut milk
·         5 pieces of lime leaves, thinly sliced
·         Cooking oil
seasoning:
·         3 cloves of garlic
·         1 teaspoon coriander
·         Salt
How to make:
1.     Peanuts are a little ground but do not get too smooth
2.    Mix flour with coconut milk, add the nuts, spices, lime leaves, then mix evenly
3.    Fry over medium heat with oil, spoonful after spoonful
4.    Fry until browned
5.    Remove and drain
6.    ready to be served
