Acid Spicy Meat

acid spicy meat (daging ayam pedas asam )

ingredients:
·         1 kg of meat thigh
·         2 kaffir lime leaves
·         ½ finger galangal, crushed
·         1 stalk lemongrass
·         1 tablespoon sour kandis
·         3 tablespoons of coconut oil
·         Water, flavor, and fried onions
Spices that are:
·         300 grams of red pepper
·         6 pieces of red onion
·         4 cloves garlic
·         1 slice of ginger
·         Salt and sugar
How to make:
1.     Meat washed, then cut square rather large
2.    Spice paste mixed with lime, galangal, and lemongrass stirring
3.    Then coat the meat pieces until smooth
4.    Let stand for 10 minutes so that the flavors mingle
5.    Saute with 3 tablespoons of coconut oil, and stir-stir until slightly wilted
