Sow Kelepon Coconut
( Kelepon Tabur Kelapa )

ingredients:
·         350 grams of grated coconut
·         ½ teaspoon salt
·         300 grams of white glutinous rice flour
·         50 grams of corn starch
·         60 ml of water from 30 leaves suji
·         250 ml of water
·         225 grams of brown sugar, slices of dice
How to make:
1.   Mix the coconut with salt, and mix well. Steam for 15 minutes, remove from heat and set aside
2.    Mix the glutinous rice flour and corn starch and mix well
3.    Add water suji and water gradually, stirring constantly until the dough can rolled

5.    Fill the center with brown sugar
